Per-source

Pattern: https://epg.monster/epg.php?source=.SUFFIX The query value is the source suffix, including the leading dot. Example: https://epg.monster/epg.php?source=.pluto.us

The Feed tab on the main site copies these URLs for you and shows each source’s channel count.

How often to pull

Guides refresh on a schedule (waves through the day). Pulling more than a few times per hour from one IP can trip the download rate limit. Cache the file in your player; don’t hammer it.
